Rally Against Wal-Mart Construction in Hadley

PREVENT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WAL-MART SUPER CENTER, ROUTE 9 HADLEY MA

Hundreds of people will turn out on Wal-Mart's doorstep to tell the planet's largest corporation that they can't expect to steamroll their way into Western Massachusetts and harm our quality of life.

Where: Wal-Mart parking lot route 9, Hadley
When: Saturday, Nov. 19, Noon - 2:00pm

The Tom Mooney Local of the Socialist Party USA supports community opposition against the expansion of Wal-Mart in Hadley. We will join the rally this Saturday in solidarity with the Teamsters, UFCW and the Pioneer Valley Coalition to Change and Challenge Wal-Mart. Look for the Socialist Party of Massachusetts banner! We will also be handing out SP Labor Commission flyers (revised and updated for the anti-Wal-Mart movement).
