Community organizations and social movements in Bolivia have raised mass protests against the neo-liberal agenda. They have won astonishing victories fighting the World Bank and beating back efforts to privatize their water and oil industries. Can they hold on to these victories? Can the people continue to win a stronger voice in public policy? What is next for Bolivia?
