3/21: March on the Pentagon
March 2009 will mark six years of war and occupation in Iraq. As the new administration puts into motion its plans to escalate the war in Afghanistan, and possibly expand it further into Pakistan, the antiwar movement will march on the Pentagon to demand that all the troops be brought home now. More than 1,000 organizations and individuals have already joined together to start forming a March 21 National Coalition that will bring people from all walks of life and from all cities across the United States to take part in the demonstration.
