11/25 Boston local meeting
The Socialist Party of Boston will meet this Sunday, 25 November, at noon in the Lucy Parsons Center. We hope you can make it so soon after the Thanksgiving holiday, since December will be a busy month, during which hope to help out with a forum on worker-member relations at the Harvest Co-op, along with an informal regional meeting in Vermont (more information below) and an accelerating stream of antiwar events.
We will also have longer-term projects to pursue throughout the month, including the Moore-Alexander 2008 campaign and an upcoming fundraising party. We should also prepare for local and state leadership elections in upcoming months. All this, and more including news of recent events and elections, can be yours -- for free! -- at the Lucy Parsons Center this Sunday.
The Lucy Parsons Center is located at 549 Columbus Ave. in the South End, near the Mass Ave. T stop on the Orange Line, the Symphony T stop on the Green Line (E), and the #1 bus line. For more information, visit www.lucyparsons.org.
