Attending (by e-mail ballot): Andrea
Pason, Billy Wharton, Jim Sanders, Greg Pason and Jerry
Stastny.
The
National Secretary requested the help of the National Action Committee
to rule on the complience of the Socialist Party of Wisconsin
Motion (Greg
P): Motion: To accept the report of the SPWI State Secretary that the
SPWI is in compliance with the June 2011 NC resolution and therefore
maintains its charter (state and locals). Motion passed 4 yes
Andrea P., Billy W., Greg P., Jerry S. and 1 abstention Jim Sanders
Occupy
Wall St.

Motion (Greg
P.): The Socialist Party USA supports the mobilizations to occupy Wall
St and various locations across the US and encourages our locals to
take part in these actions. As part of this mobilization, the NAC
directs the National Secretary to set up an Occupy Wall St. website
with updates on local actions and Party involvement. Motion passed 5 yes Andrea P., Billy
W., Greg P., Jerry S. and Jim Sanders
National
Convention Tabling Policy

Motion (Greg
P.) The Socialist Party will make some table space available for
friendly organizations at our National Convention.Tablers must be
organizations in which dual membership is allowed or independent
organizations who are interested n promoting issues related to
Socialist Party campaigns. There will be no tabling which directly
competes with SPUSA merch and book sales. Organizations who table must
register at the observer rate.

Socialist
Party of Allegheny County

Greg P. reported that after a few meetings in
the Pittsburgh area, that members hae submitted a Locla charter
application and elecetd temporary officers. A charter application was
received at the National office signed by six members in good standing.
Motion: To charter the
Socialist Party of Allegheny County (Pennsylvania) based on the
charter application received at the National Office. Motion passed 5 yes Andrea P., Billy
